Our Story
Adam Mark has been doing IT since elementary school — taking his first computer science class, building and rebuilding PCs for fun through high school, making Geocities and Angelfire sites, chatting on ICQ, and hacking routers and WiFi before most people had a home network. What started as a kid who couldn't leave hardware alone turned into over 20 years of professional experience across enterprise environments — infrastructure, networking, security, virtualization, cloud.
In 2019, Adam founded ALM Technology Solutions in Guelph, Ontario, with a simple idea: be an extension of your IT team, not an outsider you call and hope for the best. No account managers. No layers of bureaucracy. Just experienced people who show up, do the work, and stick around.
We work with mid-sized businesses across Ontario — companies big enough to have real infrastructure needs but looking for a partner who treats them like more than a ticket number. Most of our work is remote, and we take on projects across Canada.
Along the way, we've built an active community of IT professionals we've met and worked alongside — a network we tap into and contribute to, because nobody in this industry succeeds alone.
